Displayed below are our shipping and delivery details on how we handle all customer orders.

We ship out all purchased products on the same day of payment being processed, using Fastway Couriers or standard postal services, and have a 10 item limit for PO BOX addresses.

All orders have a $3.50 shipping charge nationwide, which will be included in your final payment order.

You can expect your item to arrive within 2 - 3 business days using Fastway Couriers, or 3 - 5 business days for standard postal service delivery. This does not include weekends and/or public holidays.

Any claims for items damaged in transit must be claimed in writing within 24 hours of receipt of books.

No refunds will be given for customers changing their mind, having already read a book on a prior occasion or any other reason other than damaged items.

All books are checked for damage before leaving the store.
